Yuneva started on the warehouse floor.

For over [fifteen years] we ran physical inventory counts for logistics providers, retailers, and manufacturers across Europe. Annual stocktakes. Cycle counts. The unglamorous on-the-ground work that keeps ERPs honest.

We kept seeing the same problems. Counts that took weeks because data lived on clipboards. Item masters so messy nobody trusted the variances. Freight invoices and delivery notes piling up in folders no one had time to reconcile.
